Becky Beaver opened the Law Office of Becky Beaver in Austin in 1977. Nearly fifty years later, Beaver Fearing, PLLC continues the firm's work and its philosophy: a family law practice for matters that require sounds judgement, keen insight, and focused dedication. The firm practices family law exclusively, focusing primarily on complex marital estates and contested suits affecting the parent--child relationship. Many matters are resolved through negotiation or mediation; however every case is prepared as if it will be tried.
