From strategic planning to clean, safe, reliable water, the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC, pronounced “mow-dock”) serves Orange County every drop of the way. MWDOC is a wholesale water provider and resource planning agency that partners with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and 27 member agencies to deliver high-quality water throughout Orange County. In addition to facilitating water delivery, MWDOC provides public outreach, education, emergency preparedness, and water-use efficiency programs that support a sustainable water future for the 3.18 million residents of Orange County.
