We are seeking an experienced, hands-on COO with deep law-firm accounting expertise to lead the firm’s financial operations and administrative infrastructure.
This is a working leadership role for someone who understands legal billing, trust compliance, partner compensation environments, and the day-to-day realities of running a professional services firm.
Position Summary
The COO has primary responsibility for the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and operational support functions. The role partners closely with the Management Committee and office leaders while directly overseeing the firm’s financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting discipline.
