Responsible for the filing process of new Child in Need of Care (CINC) cases within the Office of the District Attorney. Drafts various legal documents related to CINC cases and provides support to attorneys as needed.
Conducts filing appointment for new CINC cases
Drafts CINC petition and associated documents
Drafts motions for termination of parental rights
Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of experience in the legal field or any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities of the position. Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, criminal justice or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
