Breeden Law Office is seeking a Law Firm Administrator to collaborate directly with the Firm Owner, Fractional COO, and leadership team to guide operational strategy and ensure the firm operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with its mission. This role includes overseeing administrative operations, performance metrics, and key business systems to ensure the firm meets financial and client service goals.

Location
Garner, North Carolina
Occasional travel to satellite offices within the Triangle region.
Following a successful 90-day training period, the role may include one remote workday per week.
Compensation
$90,000 annually, compensation also commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Partner with the Firm Owner to implement operational strategy and business systems
• Develop and maintain workflows that support firm growth and efficiency
• Oversee daily administrative operations across all firm locations, including remote staff
Performance Metrics & Reporting
• Monitor and report key performance indicators including:
Team Leadership
• Manage and develop the firm’s administrative team, including on-site and remote staff
• Establish performance expectations and track team KPIs
• Support professional development and coaching
Human Resources & Administration
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, payroll, and benefits administration
• Maintain systems for employee recognition, training, and retention
• Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in accountability and teamwork
Compliance & Systems Management
• Ensure firm operations comply with applicable laws, ethical rules, and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain secure and efficient systems for client and firm data
• Document and improve operational procedures and workflows
Qualifications
• 5+ years of operations experience in a legal, medical, or professional services firm
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing operational systems and workflows
• Experience managing teams and operational performance metrics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
• Calm, confident, solutions-oriented leadership style
Preferred Experience
• Experience with Clio or other legal case management platforms
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, ADP, or HRIS systems
• Experience managing remote or overseas staff
• Spanish fluency, a plus
