The ERISA/Employee Benefits group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support attorneys in complex, high-stakes litigation. The ideal candidate brings deep litigation experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to support cases from inception through trial. Trial experience is strongly preferred. The position involves some administrative responsibilities, which amounts to less than 25% of total responsibilities. The position is available in our Washington, D.C. or Minneapolis, MN office on a full-time basis

Full Time: 35-hour work week – typically Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time, with flexibility for overtime as needed. If the position is filled in D.C., it will be a hybrid and/or in-office position. If filled in Minnesota, the position will be remote but will require occasional in-person attendance at firm events in Minneapolis.
We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a wonderful work environment. The expected salary (excluding bonus) is $80,000-$100,000 per year or an hourly rate of $43.96. - $54.95. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors. You will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus, the issuance and amount of which are discretionary and dependent upon the Firm's profitability.
