Top West Palm Beach firm is hiring a finance manager in Palm Beach Gardens

Key finance role within the firm, with the intention that this individual will eventually succeed our current Finance Manager, who has been with us since 2005. This position—currently titled Senior Accountant—will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, while also serving as a backup for payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience, strong technical accounting skills, and advanced proficiency in Aderant Expert.

This individual will play an integral role in the day-to-day financial operations of the firm.

Responsibilities will include overseeing general accounting functions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

This person will also serve as a backup for payroll processing and work closely with firm leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and sound fiscal management.The ideal candidate will bring prior law firm or professional services experience, strong technical accounting expertise, and a high level of proficiency in Aderant Expert. The Individual must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
