GERSONLAW is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Legal Administrator to provide operational leadership across the firm’s accounting, human resources, information technology and office services functions. This role partners closely with firm leadership to ensure efficient operations, support firm growth, and maintain a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
This is an in office full-time, exempt position based in the UTC area of San Diego, California. Standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Legal Administrator reports to the Managing Partner and requires the following experience, qualifications and competencies:
· Understanding of relevant Federal and local California employment law.
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and guidelines, management of client trust funds, along with proficiency and experience in QuickBooks and Timeslips/BQE or other timekeeping software.
· Ability to identify/analyze problems and challenges and to recommend/implement solutions.
· Interpersonal skills necessary to assist in conflict resolution.
· Ability to maintain and nurture a positive attitude and workplace environment.
· Exhibit a willingness to be appropriately assertive in the best interests of the firm.
· Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting internal/external client expectations.
· Ambition to take ownership and be a leader.
