We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and intellectually curious recent college graduate to join our Trusts & Estates practice as a Legal Assistant. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone considering law school or a career in the legal profession who wants to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a sophisticated legal practice.
You will work closely with experienced attorneys and legal professionals, developing practical skills while assisting clients with estate planning, trust administration, and estate settlement matters. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn.
Prior legal experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with attorneys on estate planning and estate administration matters.
- Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and client communications.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files.
- Coordinate meetings, client appointments, and attorney calendars.
- Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, accountants, trust officers, and other professionals.
- Assist with the preparation, execution, and organization of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Track deadlines and ensure matters progress efficiently.
- Provide administrative and project support to attorneys and the Trusts & Estates team.

- Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with education and experience
