Responsibilities

• Handle closings from start to finish, with experienced attorneys available to give direction and guidance.
• Manage multiple closing files, including skills at prioritizing matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other law firms, via phone and email.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a residential real estate paralegal.
• Familiarity with common title insurance, and law practice management, and real estate software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
