PFC USA is excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Legal Administrative Specialist within our Legal Department.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented team member who enjoys organization, legal processes, and administrative work. The Legal Administrative Specialist plays an important role in supporting litigation activities, preparing legal documents, maintaining court deadlines, and ensuring compliance throughout the legal collections process.
Position Summary
The Legal Administrative Specialist provides administrative and legal process support to the Legal Department by managing specialized workflows, preparing court documents, coordinating filings, maintaining legal records, and assisting with various litigation-related activities assigned by the Managing Attorney, Director of Legal, and Legal Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Colorado judgment revival processes and related legal workflows.
Draft and electronically file motions, satisfactions, dismissals, and other legal documents.
Request and redact itemized statements to ensure compliance with Colorado Senate Bill 23-093.
Research and locate updated addresses through skip tracing.
Process transcript requests to support judgment liens.
Work mail, scanning, and document management queues.
Maintain compliance with FDCPA, ACA, FTC, state regulations, and company policies.
Assist with additional legal and administrative projects as assigned.
