What You'll Do
- Prepare and review judgment motions, orders, and supporting legal documents.
- Manage case updates, filing information, and hearing results within case management systems.
- Monitor assigned files to ensure deadlines, court requirements, and client expectations are met.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams regarding case status and inquiries.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact file progression.

Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling a high-volume workload.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, client directives, and firm policies.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification or associate degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, or a related legal field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary work involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Ability to read and review electronic and printed documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone, video conference, and in person.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer, telephone, scanner, copier, and other office equipment.
- Ability to move throughout an office environment and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
