We are looking for an All-Star to join our team as the Legal Assistant Supervisor for our fast-growing estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm in Murrieta. This position will entail overseeing our Estate Planning department, as well as the administrative operations of the firm.
You will serve as the Estate Planning Team's go-to to make sure the department runs efficiently, profitably, and with the right tools and equipment to get the job done. Our mission is to help clients plan today, for peace of mind tomorrow. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people!

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day workflow of the Estate Planning team – EP Triage
- Monitor caseloads and ensure matters are progressing efficiently and timely – Weekly reports to ensure Drafts and Final binders are completed timely
- Hold team members accountable for meeting deadlines, quality standards, and productivity expectations
- Identify bottlenecks, workflow challenges, and client service issues be fore they impact the client experience
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members
- Assist with training, onboarding, and the development of staff
- Collaborate with attorneys and department leaders to ensure smooth case progression
- Regularly report department performance, staffing needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to the Operations Director
- Support implementation of departmental goals, KPIs, Processes & Procedure, and continuous process improvements

Requirements
Experience:
- Previous experience supervising or managing legal support staff, paralegals, case managers, or other professional service teams
- A strong understanding of workflow management and caseload oversight
- Experience managing employee performance, accountability, and productivity
- Demonstrated success leading teams through change, growth, or process improvement initiatives
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education or college degree preferred.
