What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars and heavy scheduling demands
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and vendor payments
- Support high-volume client intake and matter opening processes
- Review and assist with client billing activities, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and engagement terms
- Partner closely with Revenue and Finance teams throughout the monthly billing cycle
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications
- Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal and business documents
- Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support to attorneys and practice teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Confidence to proactively follow up, take initiative, and work independently
- Advanced relationship-building skills with attorneys, clients, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal/business support technologies
- Experience with billing, expenses, calendar management, and administrative operations preferred
