Are you a proven leader ready to advance to a higher level of responsibility? The Oregon Department of Justice’s Trial Division is seeking a Legal Support Services Supervisor 2 to join our team in either the Salem or Portland office. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direct supervision to the legal secretaries and paralegals supporting both the Corrections Litigation Unit and the Civil Litigation Section. Additionally, this position will supervise the Legal Support Services Supervisor 1, indirectly overseeing the professional support staff in the Criminal and Collateral Remedies Section, Special Litigation Unit, and Federal Oversight Unit. You’ll direct the daily operations of a fast‑paced legal office by managing workflow, setting performance expectations, and ensuring cases progress efficiently. Your leadership will drive exceptional support for our attorneys and reinforce consistent, high‑quality operations across all sections.

Job Duties (in part)
