Corporate Legal Coordinator

What You'll Do

As a Corporate Legal Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted partner to Legal leadership, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, schedules, and communications for Legal leadership
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and executive-level events
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
• Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and legal-related documentation
• Maintain confidential legal, corporate, and regulatory records with exceptional discretion
• Process expense reports, invoices, and vendor-related documentation
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files and document repositories
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and departmental initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, executives, external counsel, and business stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Legal Coordinator, or similar support role
• Experience supporting attorneys, legal teams, executives, or professional services environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience supporting Corporate Legal, Compliance, Governance, Litigation, or Risk Management functions
• Familiarity with Legal Tracker, OnBase, SAP, Workday, or similar systems
• Experience managing legal invoices, contracts, records, or compliance documentation
• Experience in corporate, regulatory, or professional services environments
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Additional legal, administrative, or business-related education is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.25/hr.
