Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and compile bankruptcy pleadings, correspondence, and notices for attorney and client examination, encompassing Relief Motions, Proofs of Claim, Plan Objections, Reaffirmation Agreements, Claim Transfers, NOPCs, and Default Notice referrals.
- Analyze foreclosure documentation to verify accurate chain of title history and execute required curative measures.
- Modify legal documents in response to feedback and revision directives from attorneys and clients.
- Log court outcomes by updating internal case management platforms alongside external client tracking portals.
- Maintain current records in designated client systems such as ICE, Tempo, and ADR where applicable.
- Submit bankruptcy documents via electronic court filing portals.
- Process incoming ECF notifications, triaging and forwarding relevant emails to legal staff.
- Coordinate attorney and local counsel representation for scheduled court hearings.
- Issue timely notifications to clients regarding new bankruptcy petitions and case dismissals.
- Track bankruptcy dockets closely to guarantee strict adherence to judicial mandates and client guidelines.
- Submit formal requests for fee approvals across active bankruptcy matters.
